So I decided to sway from my usual online shopping site Urbantouch and try Medplus beauty since I love their medical shop. And I gotta say, Love the service.
Here is what I ordered, what I got, how much the discount was and other details.
This is how the package came. It came two days after i ordered it. I made an order online in the afternoon. I ordered it cash on delivery, and entered my address and other details including my mobile number. Within a few minutes (less than five minutes) of me placing the order I got a call from a rep of med plus beauty. they called to confirm my order, check my address and details. then they informed me that the order would be shipped within 2-5 days. (I was worried since when I placed the order, it didn’t say how long it would take to reach me).
Like I mentioned above, it reached me within 2 days of me placing the order, at around 4 in the evening. (YAY for good service) The delivery boy, who delivers only for med plus beauty, called me to confirm when I’d be home and then came to give me the products.
I received the orders within half an hour of getting the call. It came packed very neatly and in such a huge box for such a small quantity of items. It is a minimum of Rs.300/- for free delivery which is why i ordered more than that.
I ordered the Freeman Pineapple Enzyme Mask (original price 220 but i got it at 187), The Purederm Moistourising mask (original price 49/- got it at 44/-) and the Purederm dead sea mud mask (original price 90/- i got it at 81/-).
And final words? Well I think I’m going to stick to Med Plus beauty for the time being unless there is a requirement for a product that isn’t available on medplus beauty. The discounts are better than any other site, the product range is bigger and the service is better. Not to mention that these folks aren;’t rude like some of the folks i’ve contacted on urbantouch etc.
Reviews of the products will follow, i’ve tried the freeman mask already and the cucumber mask.

Please be careful while purchasing from Medplus beauty. They area little tricky people. While you order many items in a single order, they will not send you one item (due to shortage) and they will send you a credit coupon which you must use within 30 days otherwise you will loose that money. When you purchase again to utilize this coupon, naturally you may order more items amounting a total of more than Rs.300/- to avoid shipping charges. The above events may repeat again and you will be chain shopper of these tricky people. I am a victim and writing this from my experience.

I disagree with you guys.Medplus has wide range of products on the site but do your know why they are selling for cheaper prices becoz they get old stocks from the dealers.i had worst experiences with ..pls go thru the below…..
I have made quite a few orders on medplus.Whenever i placed an order they came and delivered the next day but when ever i had a problem they are least bothered.In my previous order i got a old stock expired VLCC hairfall control shampoo but they placed a new price for it on the site but the actual price is almost 30-40 rupees less than the new stock product.I had to make hell lot of calls and i have spent more than what they gave me as discount on calls.Somehow after a week they replaced it .After this worst experience also i have placed an order recently again and they have sent me a non working vaporizing equipment .I gave them a call immediately after i checked it.They asked for 5 days time to replace it and they are not even bothered about it.I again called on the sixth day they totally forgot about the issue and asked me explain everything again and after explaining everything again they keep saying we will call in an hour and they will never turn up.Again i called on seventh day again the same thing,eith day same thing,ninth day i got irritated and i asked for supervisor they keep transferring the calls between them saying i am the TL and twelfth day when i asked that i want to speak to any Manager but they made me wait on hold for hour and hours and said that their customer service Manager will not speak to Customers.Then i don’t understand why should they have a customer service Manager who is not interested to speak to the customers.It has already been 15 days and i have not received any replacement product and no response from them.I wasted lot of money on my phone bill,lot of time and energy.I cannot say stupid site but stupid customer care they have.Also they will send old,bottles which are almost dusted and spoiled.i think they get the remaining and old products from the dealers and sell them for such cheap prices.Please don’t trust Medplus.You all will suffer like me.

I ordered a body shop face wash from medplus beauty.com. I got my product after 8 days. I dont know why the site lies as shipping in 1-5 days. And finally when i opened my product, i was shocked.It was very diluted. i could see the water present in the bottle. 1/4th of the bottle was filled with foam. The original face wash is so thick. but i was shocked to see how this site cheats on the customers.I called the customer care. The guy told me to send the product back to medplus beauty (bear the courier charges also urself) and we’ll see the condition of the product and accordingly we will send u new product. i mailed them and got a response ” sorry for this, we’ll revert back”. And there’s been no reply since then.. Fake products !! I am never shopping again from this site..
Whoa….. that’s horrible. My hair spray suddenly started leaking…… I’m not sure that I will be purchasing much from them.
