Everyone in the world knows kryolan makeup, some of the most popular makeup artists in the world recommend it and it is the Go-To makeup for most models and actors. But so far, it hasn’t been accessible except for a few stores that sell it at outrageous prices, not to mention that you never know if these are knock offs or real.
Well, fret not Chennai beauties coz Kryolan is in Chennai. Yes, it has been here for a long time but when I talked about almost none of my friends knew it was there. So I decided to do a post about it.
The top is one of their lipstick displays and the lower pic is a close up of another lipstick display. I thoroughly love their collection of reds and oranges. Their lipsticks are beautiful and pigmented and glide on smoothly and stay for a very long time. Not to mention it is extremely inexpensive, starting at 250INR for their lipsticks and lipglosses.
Their premade eyeshadow palettes are lovely and the packaging quality is excellent. The one closest to the camera is a palette of lovely, well pigmented neutrals perfect for any skin tone, not to mention the price is 1/3rd of the price of MAC shadows starting at just 350INR for one palette.
Eyelashes anyone? I love their collection, right from outrageous pink to natural soft black. I am not someone who wears eyelashes, in fact I have worn an eyelash all of once in my life. But after seeing the variety, I am buying one of these lashes. And do you know how cheap these are? The starting price is INR140 .
Tis is their first wall display that you see when you enter. They have everything right from kajals, lip pencils, felt tip liners, gel liners, shadows, blushers(priced at 350INR) and liquid liners. And the starting price of their eye makeup (liners) is INR175.
This is their sales display, they have packaged shadows and brushes here. These brushes are so soft and lovely.
The price range of the brushes is the same as MAC. Foundations too. But the rest of it is so affordable that you might just forget drugstore makeup brands. The staff are helpful, especially this girl called Suganya.
—> Thanks Balaji, Suganya and Farah for letting me take pictures of your store and for giving me all the info I needed for this post. Glad to see such helpful staff. They even gave me this lovely magazine that has makeup tips, looks, tutorials and news.
Happy shopping ladies. (and men too)
