Weightloss based on body types


One of the biggest things I have heard of people doing is doing the same workout that others do. If you are naturally plump, you cannot do the same workout  as your naturally Anushka Sharma-ish bodied friend. It isn’t going to work. And then you’ll be miserable about why she is thin and you are not even though she eats like crazy.

Believe me, I understand when you say that you hate skinny girls. I hate them too. I would KILL to be an ectomorph.

Don’t know what an ectomorph is? Well, I’ll tell you.

There are three main body types. Not body shapes, body types. Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph.

Ectomorph:

Instead of showing bodyshapes and drawings I’ll give you a simple shape. The basic shape of an Ectomorph is a long thin rectangle/Ruler. You know those Asian girls you hate for being naturally skinny? Yeah, they are probably ectomorphs.

Anushka Sharma would be a good example of an ectomorph. So would Johnny Depp.

What i’m eating


I put up a post a week or so ago saying that I’m starting a new fitness/weightloss regimen. And Unfortunately all i could do were a week’s worth of workouts following which I injured my knee again and i’m now resting it.

So I thought that I’d share my diet plans with you instead of workout.

So I have been a little depressed (understatement) for the past year or so. I’ve ended up putting on a lot of weight and this isn’t something that we all desire. You’re seen my pics in my OOTDs and OOTNs and obviously i need to be taking a little more care of my fitness.
